Role and Responsibilities

\

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of our patients' own homes. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families on healthy living practices.

Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid RN license in the state of operation, at least one year of experience as a registered nurse, and current CPR certification. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
