  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their child's condition, treatment, and care needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, specialists, and other nurses, to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advancements in pediatric nursing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
  • Minimum Work Experience: 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications:
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • CPR-BCLS certification.
    • PALS certification within 18 months of hire.
