The Ideal Candidate

We seek a skilled Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and patient goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations.
  • Educate patients and their families on the therapeutic process, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients to enhance their motivation and compliance with therapy.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
  • Holds a valid state physical therapy license.
