We are a multi-disciplinary consulting civil and structural engineering firm with over 45 years of experience. Our seven office locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, and California enable us to tackle diverse projects nationwide.
Your Role:
- Leverage your expertise to lead business development efforts for structural building projects.
- Maintain a portfolio of valued clients and develop strategic relationships.
- Serve as project manager for structural building projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Lead the structural design process, overseeing the development of design documents, calculations, and specifications.
- Mentor and guide Project Engineers and BIM specialists to foster their growth.
- Oversee quality control and construction administration duties.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
- A Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university is preferred.
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience in structural design of buildings and related structures.
- Professional Engineer Licensure required. Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure is preferred.
- Familiarity with various structural analysis and design programs.
- Working knowledge of Revit.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
