Key Responsibilities

Role Summary:
Oversee a portfolio of centers with a focus on executing growth strategies, managing facility P&L, and ensuring operational excellence.

Primary Duties:

  • Clinical Quality and Patient Safety: Lead SCA Health's High Reliability Organization (HRO) initiative, ensuring that leaders, teams, and physicians achieve clinical excellence and strive for zero harm through the adoption of standardized clinical quality standards.
  • Facility Partnership Performance: Collaborate with facility CEOs to realize the strategic vision for their facilities, aligning with regional objectives. Assume direct P&L responsibility for a portfolio of centers, including annual budget formulation, monthly financial assessments, and action planning to enhance top-line growth and profitability.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of facility leaders and CEOs, promoting SCA's core values and fostering operational excellence.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, identify strategic opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership role is ideal.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), outpatient care, surgical facilities, and multi-site healthcare environments will be given preference.
