We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance and Restoration Specialist to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing repair services to our clients, ensuring their properties are restored to a safe and habitable condition.

• Provide repair services, including painting, general construction, drywall, flooring, and plumbing
• Perform general preventative maintenance on facilities to prevent damage and ensure optimal functionality
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
• Submit paperwork for service visits on a daily basis and maintain excellent communication with managers on job status and other issues
• Purchase and manage materials for truck inventory

• Strong technical skills and experience in facilities maintenance and restoration
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

$28,000 - $60,000 per year
