Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team of traveling healthcare professionals. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Description:
  • Provide clinical supervision for entry-level nurses and assist in their development.
  • Assess, implement, or delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.
  • Relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail, with a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety. Being compassionate and sensitive is a prerequisite for the profession. The ideal candidate will also be a critical thinker and fast to act with emergencies.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Exhibits major team player qualities.
  • Willingness to assist others when needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others.
  • Perform routine duties independent of supervision but consults with others as required.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN).
