As a Field Service Technician Trainee at LDI Connect, you will learn how to effectively diagnose and repair complex issues, work with a range of networked office systems, and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a planned maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment operates within manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various networked office systems.
  • Perform quality assurance/preventative maintenance calls at manufacturer-recommended intervals or as required based on volume and applications.
  • Respond to and resolve emergency service calls promptly.
  • Maintain personal inventory and car stock.
  • Maintain an electronic file of all work performed, dated with appropriate meter readings and applicable comments.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to think independently.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
