About Us

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, assist, assess, and document medical services, including:
- Basic first aid procedures
- Monitoring weight and vital signs
- Catheter and bowel management, including intake and output tracking
- Conducting range of motion exercises and other activities as directed by therapists
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning using wheelchairs and other non-life support equipment
- Preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements
- Addressing patients' unique conditions and needs within the authorized scope of practice
- Supporting patients in maintaining personal hygiene, including:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing
- Completing and coordinating all necessary documentation, such as:
- Maintaining accurate patient and family records after each visit
- Reporting significant changes in patient conditions to the Nursing Supervisor
- Providing hands-on personal care and executing simple procedures as part of therapy or nursing services.
- Delivering services as outlined in the physician's care plan, within the aide's permitted scope of practice under state regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid, unrestricted certification or proof of training as mandated by state regulations
- Current CPR certification
- Proven proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and adherence to care policies
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Ability to sit and navigate stairs
- Visual and auditory acuity
- Strong sense of smell and touch
- Capacity to reposition patients and maneuver equipment independently
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations in various settings
