Position Overview:

In this role, you will create a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment while adhering to childcare regulations. Effective communication with parents and colleagues regarding the children’s care is crucial. You will also be responsible for delivering a variety of stimulating activities tailored to the children's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care for children from infancy to 6 years of age.
  • Attend to the personal needs of children, including feeding, sleeping, and diapering.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment in compliance with childcare standards.
  • Engage in effective communication with parents and coworkers about the children's well-being.
  • Organize and lead diverse activities such as arts, storytelling, games, and outdoor play.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with children and diaper changing is essential.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently throughout the day, including carrying children during playtime.

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $21.36 per hour. Compensation decisions are made based on various factors.
