">Job Summary
">This Clinical Care Coordinator - Respiratory Services position is responsible for overseeing therapy procedures, in-service education, and interdisciplinary care with core and ancillary staff.
">Responsibilities
">- Perform all duties related to the respiratory care program, prioritizing patient-centered care and quality.
- Collaborate with family members, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement in-service education programs for employees and the community.
- Contribute to quality assurance and reports, analyzing data to drive improvement.
- Assist with on-call duties and update supervisors on patient status and changes.
- Oversee safety, care, and cleaning of equipment, and maintenance of the department.
Key Interfaces
">- Patient & family members, facilitating effective communication and emotional support.
- Unit Pulmonologist/Physician/Nurse Practitioner, coordinating care and treatment plans.
- Facility staff (physical/speech/occupational therapy, social services, nursing, core care group), fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
- Regional Hospitals & Home care (referral sources), building relationships and securing referrals.
- Respiratory Therapy Staff/Peers, engaging in professional development and mentoring.
- Unit Manager, aligning with departmental goals and objectives.

Estimated Salary
">$72,000 - $92,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
