We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team in Reston, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is up to $138,000 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, candidates must be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia. Clinicians must also be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing.
Job DescriptionAs a licensed psychologist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. We value behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing couples and/or children, and we provide support for those looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors.
