Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children in a community-based setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island.
- Experience working in a community-based psychiatric setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
