Under the guidance of the Director, Business Creation Program, the Program Manager, Business Creation Program is responsible for policy, operational, and programmatic aspects of the Business Creation Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with students, executive mentors, faculty, and staff to deliver experiential learning programs.
  • Establish long-range goals and implement approved policies and procedures in collaboration with the Executive Director Applied Management Programs and Director, Business Creation Program.
  • Work with approximately 400 students each academic year to launch their own businesses using academic frameworks and data-backed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
