Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Charlestowne Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Restock cart with guest room supplies and ensure that all areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues to the Executive Housekeeper or maintenance team.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25-30 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions:
