Are you passionate about soccer and dedicated to helping young athletes reach their full potential? We're looking for a talented Soccer Team Leader to join our coaching staff at ECSA, a premier soccer club in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Job Description

About ECSA: We're a community-driven soccer club that values passion, integrity, and excellence. Our mission is to provide high-quality soccer programs that foster skill development, safety, and fun for young athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach training sessions and games using objectives and yearly team plans for assigned teams.
  • Promote a positive team culture and encourage open communication among team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team parents and ensure effective communication among parents, players, and coaches.
  • Represent the ECSA brand and contribute to social media and fundraising efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Executive Director & Technical Director.

Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000.
  • Bonus pay and commission-based compensation based on performance.
  • Flexible schedule with weekend availability and paid time off.
  • Eligibility for promotions and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • USSF National 'D' License or equivalent.
  • College playing experience and/or teaching background (a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
