We are seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch installation services for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of installing and maintaining complex networks, assembling and configuring high-end electronic equipment, and troubleshooting low voltage wire issues. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with clients in residential and commercial settings.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your skill level, as well as comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, individual health insurance, paid sick/personal days, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Description
In this role, you will be tasked with:
  1. Installing and maintaining complex networks;
  2. Assembling, configuring, and integrating high-end electronic equipment;
  3. Installing, terminating, and testing low-voltage wire;
  4. Equipment rack wiring;
  5. Advanced troubleshooting;
  6. Installation of control systems, whole house audio, smart lighting, private theaters, shade control, access control, security, surveillance, networks, VoIP/telephone, and rack assembly.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Ability to multi-task and meet strict client deadlines within fast-paced environments;
  2. Strong work ethic and precise attention to detail;
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  4. At least 2-3 years experience with Control4, URC, and Lutron systems, preferably with certification;
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and strong PC and networking experience.


Bonus Skills
Prior experience in the A/V, alarm, or electrical industry, project management experience, leadership experience, and proficiency in various technical schematics would be advantageous but not essential.
