LPN Responsibilities:


The LPN/LVN will provide nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and will oversee the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.

  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
  • Assisting patients with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and bathing
  • Administering prescribed medications
  • Communicating any changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collecting specimen samples as necessary
  • Participating actively in patient care planning
  • Preparing patients for transfers or discharges
  • Assisting in medical procedures
  • Managing emergency medical situations

Daily Pay Available


LPN Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid LPN license in good standing.
Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program is required.

Completion of orientation as mandated by company policy.

Health screening and TB test (if required) must be completed within two weeks of employment.

Mandatory drug testing within 90 days of hire.

Must have no criminal activity as verified by a background check.

Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
