HVAC Superintendent

Romanoff Group, a leading provider of commercial and residential services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of the installation crew, this individual will oversee all aspects of installations, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.

• Supervise installation crews and oversee all aspects of installations
• Schedule jobs for installation and maintain the installation schedule
• Visit job sites during and after installation to confirm quality control
• Attend final inspections and audit verifications as needed
• Stay up-to-date on City procedures and rules
• Document and report employee accidents and vehicle accidents

• 5-7 years of proven experience with HVAC installations
• Strong working knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning or residential mechanical services
• Able to lift, stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
