Job Summary

We are seeking a Body Shop Estimator to join our team and support our booming Body Shop business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and professional workplace, providing exceptional experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a proper repair plan for each vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs.
  • Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines, communicating supplements to customers and insurance companies promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mentality.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and equipment, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
