Job Summary:

Experience the thrill of teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages in a world-class environment. As a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor, you will deliver high-quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing exceptional guest service in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Deliver world-class guest service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters a love for skiing and snowboarding.
  • Support ski school needs, including scanning, operating surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to become lifelong skiers and riders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the ski school.
Requirements:
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
