Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and other experts to provide comprehensive care.
- Clinical Mastery: Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children, developing expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise and leadership skills.
- Clinical Autonomy: Utilize your preferred assessments and programs to craft unique treatment plans and programming, ensuring families understand and benefit from your expert advice.
- New Therapist Support: Provide support and mentorship to new therapists, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must reside in Texas and be willing to drive to the Dallas area 4-6 days per month.
- Prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
- Leadership skills and ability to train, manage, and mentor Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting, standing, bending, and walking regularly, lifting and/or moving up to 45lbs, and visual and auditory ability enough for written and verbal communication.
