About the RoleAs a General Manager at Wingstop, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, providing top-notch customer service, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with the District Manager to ensure seamless execution of our mission to serve the world flavor.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit, select, train, assign, and schedule team members, in partnership with the District Manager.
- Manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members, in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and review employee performance, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the District Manager regarding operational and human resources issues.
- Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure high standards are met.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and resolve food preparation issues and address customer service concerns with tact and courtesy.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, safety protocols, and health regulations.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to serve guests with a guest service mentality.
- Maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
- Show ongoing learning and self-improvement through insatiable curiosity.
- Measure performance subjectively and objectively.
- Cultivate an attractive culture within the restaurant.
- Handle numerous job duties essential to running a successful restaurant.
