Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medefis Guaranteed Hours Contract RN to join our Med Surg team. As a skilled nursing professional, you will deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

36 hours per week, all shifts available. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices to optimize patient outcomes
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • RN licensure
  • 1 year of acute care nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
