Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing. A current nursing license in the practicing state is required, as well as valid drivers' license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Additionally, two years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting, is preferred.

You will also be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
