Compensation:
Our associates enjoy an average earning potential of $21/hr, supplemented by commission. We also provide Paid Time Off and a competitive pay range of $12.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed performance standards.
- Maintain a proactive approach in following up with customers.
Qualifications:
- Completion of all new hire training requirements.
