Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is currently seeking a Structures Mechanic for a contract opportunity. This role requires a commitment to working onsite, with options for a 4/10 or 5/40 work schedule based on operational needs.

Incentive:

A sign-on bonus of 15% of total hours worked will be awarded upon successful completion of the contract, provided there are no performance or workmanship issues.


Essential Qualifications:
All candidates must provide proof of training within their resume or as a separate document.

Key Responsibilities:

The Structures Mechanic will:
1. Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
2. Install brackets and PAO tubing, with the ability to swage tubes as necessary.


Educational Requirements:
Must possess an accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work either a 4/10 or 5/40 schedule.
