Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at RowCal, a leading HOA and Property Management company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and track work orders using company software
  • Perform exterior maintenance tasks, including siding repairs, roofing repairs, and other construction-related activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Use problem-solving techniques and analytical skills to resolve issues
  • Operate a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Track expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with general maintenance processes and methods
  • Participate in on-call rotation and be available for emergency situations
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing manual labor
  • Valid driver's license required
