Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of each student, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly valued.
