Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Final Detail Technician to join our team at Maintainer Corp of Iowa. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our work trucks before they are shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interior Cleaning: Utilize cleaning tools and equipment to remove all debris from the inside of trucks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  2. Exterior Detailing: Utilize a power washer, scrub brushes, and cleaning products to ensure the outside of trucks meets customer specifications.
  3. Decal Application: Apply decals and tags according to line drawings and work instructions to ensure adherence to operating procedures and DOT regulations.
  4. Quality Control: Partner with the quality team to ensure a final review of the truck is completed through an auditing process.
  5. Documentation: Take pictures of completed units according to given reference points for future units and tools for the sales department.
  6. Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, wearing all required personal protective safety equipment.

Requirements: Follow all organizational, department/area, safety policies, procedures, and directives as outlined in the Maintainer Employee Handbook and Maintainer Quality Manual.

Compensation and Benefits
