Employee Health Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Employee Health team in promoting the health and safety of our caregivers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective employee health programs.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the JobThe Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and medical assistants, providing guidance on clinical best practices, and developing and implementing effective employee health programs. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and services that promote the health and safety of our caregivers.
You will also be expected to conduct regular audits, identify areas for improvement, and provide training and education to employees on employee health-related topics.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of nurses and medical assistants
- Develop and implement effective employee health programs
- Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and education to employees on employee health-related topics
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Leadership/Supervisory experience (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in Occupational Health or related field preferred
