Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Overseeing, planning, and leading various engagements, including consulting, compliance, and strategic planning services.
2. Collaborating with the engagement team to introduce innovative ideas and planning opportunities for clients.
3. Managing client communications and nurturing relationships.
4. Actively participating in business development initiatives.
5. Training, supervising, and mentoring team members within the department.
6. Assisting in the management and leadership of internal departmental initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of recent experience in tax compliance and/or consulting within public accounting or a combination of public and private experience.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation or progress towards completion, or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification.
- Experience in preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and entities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Taxation or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing staff.
- Familiarity with ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, XCM, or similar tax software.
