- Safety Protocols: Never leave a dog unattended on the grooming table or in the tub. Violations of this safety measure will lead to immediate termination.
- Weight Checks: Weigh each dog before grooming and document their weight on their report card.
- Kennel Use: Limit kennel time to no more than 30 minutes and ensure appropriate kennel sizes for each dog.
- Drying Procedures: Utilize force drying techniques for all dogs, ensuring timely completion of grooming services.
- Product Usage: Use grooming products correctly and efficiently, adhering to recommended dilution ratios.
- Conflict Resolution: Report any workplace issues to the manager promptly.
- Client Communication: Notify clients immediately if you choose to discontinue service for any reason.

- Daily Duties: Share closing responsibilities with fellow groomers.

- Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients have 48 hours to report any dissatisfaction for corrections.
