Residential Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lyle Health. As a Residential Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document all client interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders.
- Active Connecticut licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum two years of experience working in a residential treatment setting, with a focus on substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, including pharmacotherapies and behavioral therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
