The Food Manufacturing Site Supervisor at FGF Brands is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner. This individual will assist in hiring and training team members, administering evaluations, enforcing company policies, and managing work schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and training team members, including compliance with safety training and administer evaluations.
- Enforce company policies and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation.
- Supervise multiple shift operations of maintenance technicians, parts personnel, and maintenance crew leaders.
- Work closely with production Plant Leadership and other department heads to streamline production processes.
- Manage Maintenance Shop activities, including inventory and PM schedule implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise skilled workers and work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Knowledge of industrial tools and test equipment.
