Role Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the entire project team with overall guidance.
  • Managing and mentoring assigned personnel to achieve optimal job performance and career growth.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Understanding and managing contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Establishing, communicating, and executing the Project Schedule.
  • Overseeing budget management and financial reporting.
  • Interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure compliance with project budgets.
  • Managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
  • Providing leadership in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Construction Project Manager will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
