About the Role:

The WetGo Pro Lead is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash locations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, select, and train Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Direct the work of Team Members, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals.
  • Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency, recommending promotions or other changes in status as needed.
  • Handle Team Member issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and distribute work among Team Members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide for the safety and security of Team Members and the store.
  • Manage the budget for the department or location, ensuring that expenses are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Manage inventory for the department or location, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Monitor and implement compliance measures to ensure that all relevant laws and regulations are met.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Keep the car wash open and staffed every day during operating hours.
  • Greet and serve customers, promoting the WetGo Unlimited Membership and single wash sales.
  • Direct, oversee, and evaluate training provided to department Team Members to reduce turnover and promote efficiency.
  • Provide motivational leadership to the team, focusing on respect and setting an exemplary example.
  • Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, giving each Team Member a voice.
  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of work, for Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Set and reach aggressive sales and profit goals by driving WetGo Unlimited Membership and single wash sales.
  • Make innovative plans and suggestions to improve the business.
  • Establish an ongoing communication plan with the team, ensuring that all Team Members are informed and prepared to perform at their best.
