We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual with previous experience in property maintenance to join our team as a Mobile Maintenance Specialist. This role involves providing maintenance support across multiple properties.

The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing maintenance needs at three different locations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with company standards.

As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist at Morgan Properties, your duties will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving service issues related to HVAC systems, general appliances, carpentry, electrical systems, and plumbing.

• Maintaining both the interior and exterior of properties to meet company standards and legal requirements.

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests.

• Communicating effectively with residents and office staff regarding the status of work orders.

• Participating in an on-call rotation that may require availability during evenings and weekends.

Expectations:
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a personal vehicle, and auto insurance are required.

• Candidates should reside within a 30-minute commute of the properties.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.


• A minimum of one year of experience in various aspects of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening is mandatory.

• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification and/or a Boiler's License is advantageous.
