Key Responsibilities:- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Automotive Service Technician experience.
- ASE certification desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 18+ years of age or older.
