Fox Auto Team is in search of a dependable and service-oriented individual to fill the role of Service Shuttle Driver. In this position, you will be tasked with the essential duty of safely transporting clients to and from our service area, ensuring a punctual and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely convey customers to and from the service facility.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and properly functioning shuttle vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Effectively communicate with customers and service department personnel.
- Keep precise records of shuttle operations, including passenger names and trip details.
- Ensure a timely shuttle schedule.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the shuttle.
- Inform the service manager of any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle, such as oil changes and tire checks.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
- Report any accidents or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
