Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
• Licensure: State Veterinary Board License and active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
• Experience: Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon or Residency Trained Veterinarian
