Job Summary

The DC Outbound Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for loading, picking, and packing orders for shipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Loading trucks quickly and accurately, securing freight as it is loaded onto the truck.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity when picking orders.
  • Operating handheld computers (RF units) and/or voice picking equipment at WMS DCs.
  • Locating and pulling merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on the merchandise.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous work experience in a similar warehouse environment.
