The Clinical Program Assistant will play a vital part in supporting the Clinical Team at New Method Wellness. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing quality care to clients.

Estimated Salary Range

$18-$20 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct new admission interviews and complete necessary paperwork
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Facilitate group sessions and document participation
  • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
Qualifications and Requirements
  • One year of experience in a human services setting or related field
  • Clean driving record and/or compliance with program requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current certification in First Aid/CPR
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
