We believe in fostering an environment where individuals can achieve their fullest potential through integrated instruction in daily activities.
We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Residential Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our group homes within the Residential Treatment program. The selected candidate will be tasked with:
- Coordinating activity and staffing schedules effectively.
- Maintaining accurate documentation regarding both student and staff performance.
- Monitoring health, safety, and medical protocols diligently.
- Supervising Instructors to ensure the implementation of daily educational and instructional activities aligned with the students' Individual Education Plans and Individual Services Plans.
Bilingual and bicultural candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $58,000, based on education and experience, with scheduled pay rate increases every six months.
Sign-On Bonus: A bonus of $2,000 is available for new hires.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental or physical challenges.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

The typical work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
