Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
- Develop and implement care plans for assigned patients.
- Supervise and mentor CNA/SNA, LPN, or other healthcare workers as needed.
- Ensure seamless coordination of patient care through effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Level III NICU experience.
- Active IL License required at time of submission.
- Documentation of Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency License must be included with submission.
