Job Summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer infusion therapies, including antibiotics, fluids, biologics, blood products, TPN/PPN, pain management, IVIG, and Hemophilia factor therapy
  • Educate patients and families on therapy administration and management
  • Monitor patient safety and respond to any adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • NYS Registered Nursing License in good standing
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility
  • Infusion experience is required
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision, performance evaluation, education, and Federal HIPAA Regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory or managerial experience
  • Implanted port access (MediPort, PermaCath, etc.) competence
