Pharmacy Technician Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to join our team at Soliant Health in California. As a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, overseeing operational processes, and utilizing technical skills to ensure optimal pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for administrative tasks. Experience with MedKeeper is required, and knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.
  • Pharmacy Systems: Familiarity with Pyxis and narcotic handling is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor.
  • Licensure: Current and unencumbered California Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Union Environment: Previous experience in a union environment is preferred but not required.
