Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash register operations, and leading a team of cashiers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly acknowledge and warmly greet each guest entering the store
• Complete select register open and close functions
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services based on guest interests or items already selected for purchase

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
