Job Summary

As a Barista Clerk PT at Lowes Foods, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and providing prompt and friendly service to all guests. This role requires a friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality, with the ability to work well with guests and coworkers. Key responsibilities include ensuring guests receive friendly, engaging service, following merchandising and operational guidelines, and performing cleaning tasks and sanitation to maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering product demonstrations, and samples.
  • Follow merchandising and operational guidelines to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Perform cleaning tasks and sanitation to maintain safety standards.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Perform PA announcements as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work well with guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction.
  • Ability to supervise, train, and develop people.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Store Management and Merchandiser(s).
