Responsibilities include processing advances, payments, fees, wires, rate resets, rollovers, notifications, reconciliations, and conducting research, all while ensuring effective execution. The incumbent will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate syndicated transactions. This position demands maintaining precise account information and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing financial and reputational risks.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Process a high volume of syndication loan transactions for FNB agents and investors, including advances, payments, wires, rollovers, rate resets, letters of credit, foreign exchange, and swaps, adhering to established procedures and timelines while ensuring compliance.

- Guarantee that all information generated and communicated to investor banks accurately reflects pro-rata shares. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and its application within the core system, ensuring all required electronic information is reconciled and appropriately stored within shared files for FNB agented accounts.

- Promptly and accurately act upon all information received from agent banks. Maintain a thorough understanding of loan documentation and its application within the core system, ensuring all necessary electronic information is reconciled and stored in shared files for all FNB participated accounts.

- Cultivate relationships with syndicate members, agent banks, and internal partners involved in the syndicated loan process through various communication channels, ensuring effective collaboration. Support a dynamic, manual environment with varying complexities while fostering teamwork.

- Execute additional related duties and projects as assigned.
